In my opinion you should def install it and just reduce your resolution not from the in game settings where you can pick like 1080 and 720 there’s a game file that has a different resolution scale from 1-100 and I run the game at 70 on there. At first it looks really ugly and kinda doesn’t make you want to play but after awhile it gets fine and you get used to the shit resolution. I have a 2017 MacBook Air with an i7 and I still had to manually Go into my game files and reduce the game resolution to get 60 frames.
